    Gregory ClarkJul 29, 2025
What to do if my SNOWJOE Pressure Washer refuses to start?
    • B
      Brad GlennJul 29, 2025
First, check that the pressure washer is plugged into a working outlet and that the power cord is functional; reset the GFCI. If that doesn't work, try a different outlet. Replace the fuse if it has blown, and switch off other machines using the same circuit. Finally, try operating the unit without an extension cord.
  • J
    Jessica JohnsAug 3, 2025
Why does my SNOWJOE Pressure Washer machine pulsate?
    • M
      Matthew DelgadoAug 3, 2025
The pulsation could be due to several reasons. There might be air in the inlet hose. The supply of mains water could be inadequate. The nozzle or water filter might be partially blocked. Or the hose could be kinked. To resolve this, allow the machine to run by holding the trigger until regular working pressure resumes. Check that the water supply meets the required specifications, avoiding long, thin hoses. Clean the nozzle and water inlet filter. Straighten out the hose to remove any kinks or blockages.

What to do if my SNOWJOE Pressure Washer machine stops?
    • D
      Diana HardinAug 8, 2025
If your pressure washer stops, the fuse may have blown. Replace the fuse and switch off other machines using the same circuit. Also, check that the mains voltage corresponds to the specification on the model label. If the thermal sensor activated, let the washer cool down for 5 minutes, then restart. Finally, the nozzle might be partially blocked, so you should clean it.

What to do if my SNOWJOE SPX9008-PRO starts, but no water comes out?
    • C
      Christopher RowlandAug 13, 2025
If your pressure washer starts but no water comes out, it could be due to frozen pump, hoses, or accessories. Wait for these to thaw. Ensure the inlet water is connected. Check if the water inlet filter or nozzle is blocked and clean them if necessary.
  • C
    Christine JohnsonAug 17, 2025
Why does my SNOWJOE SPX9008-PRO have fluctuating pressure?
    • D
      Donald WestAug 18, 2025
Fluctuating pressure can be caused by the pump sucking air, dirty, worn out, or stuck valves, or worn out pump seals. Check that the hoses and connections are airtight. Clean or replace the valves or seals.
  • H
    Henry AndersonAug 23, 2025
How to prevent oil leaks from SNOWJOE SPX9008-PRO Pressure Washer during transport?
    • D
      dscottAug 23, 2025
Oil may leak from the pump during transport due to the air hole on the oil level gauge. To prevent this, use the oil inlet nut when transporting the pressure washer. Before using it again, reinstall the oil measuring plug.
