Questions and Answers

    David AshleyAug 3, 2025
Why does my SNOWJOE Pressure Washer refuse to start?
    • M
      Michael RoweAug 4, 2025
Your SNOWJOE Pressure Washer might not be starting due to a power failure, meaning it's not properly plugged into a working outlet. Check the power cord and reset the GFCI, and try a different outlet. It could also be a defective socket, a blown fuse (which you should replace, switching off other machines on the same circuit), or a defective extension cord (try using the unit without it).

What to do if my SNOWJOE sunjoe SPX3001 Pressure Washer stops?
    • L
      lorihallAug 9, 2025
If your SNOWJOE Pressure Washer suddenly stops, several factors could be at play. The fuse might have blown, requiring replacement (and switch off other machines using the same circuit). The mains voltage might be incorrect, so check that it corresponds to the specification on the model tag. The thermal sensor could be activated; leave the washer for 5 minutes to cool down. Alternatively, the nozzle could be partially blocked, requiring cleaning.

    Deanna SweeneyAug 13, 2025
Why is my SNOWJOE Pressure Washer pulsating?
    • C
      Christopher BaileyAug 13, 2025
If your SNOWJOE Pressure Washer is pulsating, it could be due to air in the inlet hose. Allow the machine to run by holding the trigger until regular working pressure resumes. It may also be due to an inadequate supply of mains water. Check that the water supply corresponds to the specifications required and avoid using long, thin hoses (minimum 1/2 in. diameter). Other potential causes are a partially blocked nozzle (clean the nozzle), a blocked water filter (clean the water inlet filter), or a kinked hose (straighten out the hose to remove any kinks/blockages).

What to do if my SNOWJOE sunjoe SPX3001 machine starts, but no water comes out?
    • W
      wguerreroAug 18, 2025
If your SNOWJOE Pressure Washer starts but no water comes out, the pump, hoses, or accessories might be frozen (wait for them to thaw). Ensure there is a water supply by connecting the inlet water. The water inlet filter or the nozzle could also be blocked, so clean them accordingly.

Why does the fuse blow in my SNOWJOE sunjoe SPX3001?
    • H
      holmesnicholasAug 23, 2025
The fuse in your SNOWJOE Pressure Washer might be blowing because it is too small. Install a fuse with a higher amp rating than the amp consumption of the machine, and try the unit without an extension cord.

    ambermunozAug 29, 2025
Why does my SNOWJOE Pressure Washer have fluctuating pressure?
    • D
      Daniel VelasquezAug 29, 2025
Fluctuating pressure in your SNOWJOE Pressure Washer can occur if the pump is sucking air, so check that the hoses and connections are airtight. It may also be due to valves that are dirty, worn out, or stuck; clean or replace the valves/seals.
