Why does my SNOWJOE Sunjoe SPX2599-MAX Pressure Washer refuse to start?
    • P
      Peggy ColemanAug 4, 2025
The SNOWJOE Pressure Washer might not start due to a power failure, or not being plugged into a working receptacle. Also, the socket could be defective, the fuse might have blown, or the extension cord could be defective. Check to ensure the machine is plugged into a working outlet. Inspect the power cord and reset the GFCI, and try a different outlet. Replace the fuse, and switch off other machines using the same circuit. Try operating the unit without an extension cord.

What to do if my SNOWJOE Pressure Washer stops?
    • T
      Teresa CoxAug 9, 2025
If your SNOWJOE Pressure Washer stops, the fuse may have blown, the mains voltage could be incorrect, the thermal sensor might have activated, or the nozzle could be partially blocked. Replace the fuse and switch off other machines using the same circuit. Check that the mains voltage corresponds to the specification on the model tag. Allow the washer to cool down for 5 minutes, then restart it. Clean the nozzle.

    • J
      johnsonjosephAug 19, 2025
If your SNOWJOE Pressure Washer is pulsating, there might be air in the inlet hose, an inadequate supply of mains water, a partially blocked nozzle, a blocked water filter, or a kinked hose. Allow the machine to run by holding the trigger until regular working pressure resumes. Check that the water supply corresponds to the specifications required and avoid using long, thin hoses (minimum 1/2 in. diameter). Clean the nozzle and the water inlet filter. Straighten out the hose to remove any kinks/blockages.

      Caitlin WeissAug 25, 2025
If your SNOWJOE Pressure Washer starts but no water comes out, the pump, hoses, or accessories may be frozen. Also, there may be no water supply, the water inlet filter could be blocked, or the nozzle could be blocked. Wait for the pump, hoses, or accessories to thaw. Connect the inlet water. Clean the water inlet filter and the nozzle.
