REGULAR MAINTENANCE
Daily maintenance:
1.Fill oil on shaft every day before open machine. Method: Gently press trolley of hand pump lever at 2
or 3 times
2.Clean up metal shavings on machine after working.
3. Wipe the machine. keep it clean, and also add oil on it.
Accessories complement and update
1. The combination of three complementary lubricating oil (SAE10 # oil)
Inspect oil of empty oil conversion cylinder (SAE10 # oil,can work normally with 60% oil) hydraulic
system is a closed system. Circulating oil is generally not consumed. If not normally reduction , please
check whether the seals and tubing damage. On normal condition , circulating oil need to be change
new every six months.
