Open the Softub box safely using a hammer claw to tear flaps, avoiding sharp knives.
Verify all items received and position cover straps in an 'X' pattern for proper attachment.
Check strap placement, align power unit connectors, twist them snug, and connect the light.
Run the hose for 2-3 minutes to clear debris before adding the first 2 inches of water.
Smooth bottom liner wrinkles and ensure the filter is installed and soaked.
Fill the tub to a level 2 inches above the highest jet.
Check tub connections for leaks, tighten if necessary, and plug in the power unit.
While running, check for leaks, tighten connectors, and install foam/vinyl covers.
Adjust chemical levels and run the air control counter-clockwise for 15 minutes.
Set the desired temperature and lock the cover; heating rate is 1-1.5 degrees/hour.
