Usage Features:
The SO-65 Air Purifier offers several user-friendly features controlled via a touch-sensitive panel:
- On/Off Button: Powers the device on or off, switching between standby and working modes.
- Fan Speed Button: Allows users to select from three fan speeds: Low, Medium, and High, indicated by corresponding lights on the control panel.
- Night Light Button: Toggles the ambient night light on or off. Two brightness levels are available when the light is active.
- Child Lock Button: Activates or deactivates the Child Lock mode by pressing and holding for 3 seconds. When engaged, this feature prevents unintentional changes to functions via screen touch, and the button lights up.
- Filter Reset Indicator: A dedicated indicator light flashes when the filter needs replacement. After replacing the filter, the indicator can be reset by tapping and holding the button for 5 seconds until a beep sound is heard and the light stops flashing.
Initial Setup:
- Unpacking: Remove all packaging materials, including the plastic bag covering the filter inside the unit.
- Filter Installation:
- Grasp the base handle and rotate it clockwise to remove the base.
- Remove the filter from the body and unpack it from its protective plastic bag.
- Install the filter with the drawstring side facing outward.
- Reinstall the base by holding the handle and rotating it anticlockwise until the triangle marks line up, ensuring it is tightened securely.
- Crucially, the appliance must NOT be operated without the filter installed.
- Power Connection: Insert the power plug into a power socket all the way to the base. A beep sound will confirm connection when the On/Off button is pressed.
- Placement: Place the SO-65 Air Purifier on a dry, stable, level surface, at least 30cm away from walls, curtains, or other appliances, and 100cm above the top surface to ensure adequate air circulation. Avoid placing it directly below an air conditioner to prevent condensation from dripping into the unit.
- Initial Operation: Close doors and windows, then turn on the unit and run it at maximum speed for at least 30 minutes. Regularly open windows for ventilation.
Maintenance Features:
Regular cleaning and filter replacement are essential for optimal performance:
- Cleaning the Appliance Body: Wipe the appliance body and control panel with a soft, dry cloth. If necessary, use a damp cloth and immediately dry the appliance, ensuring no residual water on the plug surface.
- Filter Cleaning: The filter should be checked and regularly cleaned by vacuuming it or brushing it lightly with a soft brush.
- Filter Replacement:
- The filter is a consumable component and cannot be washed with water.
- The filter life is approximately 6 months based on 8 hours of daily use or 4 months based on 12 hours of daily use. This period may vary depending on environmental conditions and pollution levels.
- The Filter Reset Indicator will flash when a replacement is due.
- After installing a new filter, the filter counter must be reset on the control panel by pressing and holding the Light On/Off & Filter Reset button for 5 seconds until a beep sounds and the indicator light switches off.
- Storage: For storage, cover the unit to protect it from dust and store it in a cool, dry location.

- Do not remove the power cord by pulling the cord; grip the plug.
