To troubleshoot a SolarEast Heat Pump experiencing an E03 error (water flow switch failure or low water flow protection), follow these steps: * Ensure the pipeline valve is fully open to allow clear water flow. * Verify the water flow switch is correctly installed and the model is appropriate. * Confirm the water flow switch connection line is inserted into the correct port (D13 white). * Check that the circulating water pump is functioning normally and the water system isn't blocked. * Assess the water pump's head and flow; if insufficient, consider adding a hot water auxiliary pump. * Ensure the external auxiliary pump is not reversed.
