Wire Harness
• You should regularly check all wiring connections, wiring insulation, including the
charger power cord, for wear or damage.
Bearings/Motor/Transmission Parts
• These components have been lubricated and sealed at the factory. Therefore, there
is no need to lubricate these parts.
• Make sure that electronic components such as the control panel, battery charger, and
other electric controlled components avoid moisture. If these components come into
contact with moisture, dry before use.
Maintenance Check List
Tiller
• Is there any looseness?
• Can it turn left and right smoothly?
Speed Control Lever
• Does the scooter move when the lever is pressed
up or down?
• Does the scooter stop when the lever is released to
the default position?
Motor
• Is there an abnormal noise from the motor?
• Do the electromagnetic brakes work properly?
Freewheel “Release
Brake”
• Does the “Free-wheel”Release brake” switch work?
Battery Indicator
• Does the battery indictor light-up and work properly
Tires
• Is there any damage to the tires
Front and Rear Chassis
• Is there any damage to the ABS plastics
Battery
• Is the battery charging
• Is there any corrosion
