2.4 When storing for long periods

Your battery is just like smaller batteries. It has limited energy potential that lowers over time as it is used.
Its optimal lifespan is approximately 500 full cycles, which represents, for standard usage, at least 3 years.
When the battery's duration no longer matches your
needs, you can acquire a new one from your e-Solex
dealer.
When storing over long periods of time, the battery must be removed from the e-Solex to prevent any self
discharging. It must be stored in a horizontal position in a dry area, at a temperature between 15 and 25° C.
Prior to storage, it is recommended that you partially recharge the battery (orange charger indicator light). A battery
that is not used needs to be partially recharged every 3 months.
Never store a completely discharged battery or it will deteriorate irremediably.
