make all of his experience available to you for the ope-
ration, maintenance and upkeep of your e-Solex.
Thanks to Solex specific tools and Solex original
spare parts, he'll ensure the maintenance of your
e-Solex in the best conditions.
Do not make any modifications to your e-Solex.
It was approved and designed to closely adhere
to European legislative regulations.
Always entrust your e-Solex to an e-Solex dealer
for any intervention, adjustment, maintenance or
upkeep procedure.
Your e-Solex must not be subject to any modifi-
cations in order to remain reliable and safe. Only
original Solex spare parts will be used for repair and
maintenance: the use of other spare parts could
hinder its proper functioning.
In the event of a violent shock or collision, make
check your e-Solex to a certified e-Solex dealer,
especially its battery and all of the structures related to
the frame, the suspensions, and the steering.
The body of your e-Solex is comprised of plastic parts coated with a special paint. For the cleaning, always
remove the battery. Use soapy water or water with gentle detergent added, then rinse with clean water. Avoid
getting electric parts and components humid, such as the ignition switch, the accelerator handle, the control
panel switches, the battery, the motor and the light systems.
Do not use high pressure washers, fuels or powerful solvents, or detergents that are too alkaline. Do not
submerge it.
4.2 Cleaning
The manoeuvrability, braking, road handling and
autonomy of your e-Solex depend on the wear
and the air pressure of your tyres. It is very impor-
tant that you frequently verify their condition.
It is also advised that you verify their pressure at
least once a month and definitely after a prolonged
period of non-use of your e-Solex.
To do so, follow the air pressure guidelines indica-
ted below, according to the weight of the rider:
- less than 60 kg:
Air pressure from 2 to 2.3 Kg/cm

- more than 60 kg:

4.3 Tyres
Your e-Solex is a vehicle that is environmentally safe. Its motor is silent and emits no polluting elements.
In the event of repair, the used parts must be disposed of in the proper recycling bins. A dead battery must
imperatively be returned to your e-Solex dealer who will hand it over to an appropriate collector, specialised
in gathering items for recycling.
