18. TROUBLESHOOTING
18.1 Allgemein

Low battery voltage Boundary cable defective,
automatic lawnmower does not
find base station.
Check boundary cable for
interruptions, if necessary have it
tested by a SOLO service
partner.
Battery exhausted. Battery service life exceeded.
Have battery renewed by a
SOLO service partner.
Charging electronics faulty. Have charging electronics
renewed by a SOLO service
partner.
Automatic lawnmower does
not touch charging contacts.
x Put automatic lawnmower into
base station and check if
charging contacts make
contact.
x Have charging contacts
checked and renewed by a
SOLO service partner.
Incorrect PIN code PIN code has been entered
incorrectly.
Enter correct PIN code. Three
attempts are allowed, after
which a PUK code must be
