Changing the Battery
When the battery is low, your hearing instrument
will beep at regular intervals. You should be prepared
to replace the battery. The time until the hearing
instruments stop working depends on the battery
type and manufacturer. Mercury-free batteries
generally cause earlier warning beeps.
Before changing the battery, wipe away any moisture
with a soft cloth.
· Gently open the battery door,
but do not force it.
· Remove the used battery
(Fig. 1).
· Remove the sticker from
the new battery (Fig. 2).
· Place the battery into
the door with the flat,
smooth side facing up
(+sign) (Fig. 3).
· Close the battery door
securely.
