Warranty and Repairs
Your hearing instruments have a limited warranty,
covering defects in materials and workmanship.
This warranty covers the hearing instruments
themselves, but not accessories such as batteries,
tubing, domes, earmolds, etc.
This warranty is void if a defect is the result of
misuse or mistreatment. The warranty is also void
if the hearing instruments have been repaired by
non-authorized service personnel.
Please review the warranty with your hearing care
provider and make sure that your warranty card is
completed correctly.

Your hearing care provider may charge a
service fee for processing warranty repairs.
