Receiving voice messages
When you receive an automatically downloaded voice
message it appears in the activity menu if New events
is set to Activity menu. } Play to listen to the message.
If New events is set to Popup, you are asked if you want
to listen to the voice message. } Yes to play the message
or } No to play it later. Press to close the message.
Email
Connect to a POP3 or IMAP4 mail server to send and receive
email messages with your phone. You can use the same email
settings in your phone as in your computer email program.
Before you start
If required settings are not already in your phone
% 44 Settings.
To write and send an email message
1 } Messaging } Email } Write new.
2 Select Add to enter an email address, or Contacts look-up
to find an address in Contacts, or an email address from
the last used recipients list.
3 To add more recipients select To, Cc: or Bcc:.
4 When you have selected recipients } Done.
5 Write the subject } OK. Write the text } OK.
6 To add an attachment } Add and select the attachment
} Done } Continue.
7 } Send or } More to view options.
