you can turn on security in the phone.
Trusted certificates
Certain Internet services, such as banking, require certificates
in your phone. Your phone may already contain certificates
when you buy it.

Synchronizing
Synchronize phone contacts, appointments, tasks and notes
with a computer via a transfer method or by using an Internet
service. Synchronization software for your computer is
available on the CD included with the phone. You can
also visit www.sonyericsson.com/support to download
software and Getting started guides for synchronization.
Synchronization with a computer
Install the computer synchronization software using
the CD included with your phone or download it from
www.sonyericsson.com/support. The software includes
help information.
