Calendar settings
To view calendar options
1 From standby select Menu > Organizer
> Calendar.
2 Select More.
Tasks
You can add new tasks or reuse
existing tasks.
To add a task
1 From standby select Menu > Organizer
> Tasks.
2 Select New task > Add.
3 Select an option.
4 Enter details and confirm each entry.
To view a task
1 From standby select Menu > Organizer
> Tasks.
2 Scroll to a task and select View.
To reuse an existing task
1 From standby select Menu > Organizer
> Tasks.
2 Scroll to a task and select View.
3 Select More > Edit.
4 Edit the task and select Continue.
5 Choose to set a reminder.
To send a task
1 From standby select Menu > Organizer
> Tasks.
2 Scroll to a task and select More > Send.
3 Select a transfer method.
To set when reminders should sound
1 From standby select Menu > Organizer
> Tasks.
2 Scroll to a task and select More
> Reminders.
3 Select an option.
Notes
You can make notes and save them.
You can also show a note in standby.
To add a note
1 From standby select Menu > Organizer
> Notes.
2 Select New note > Add.
3 Write a note and select Save.
To show a note in standby
1 From standby select Menu > Organizer
> Notes.
2 Scroll to a note and select More
> Show in standby.
Make sure the receiving device supports
the transfer method you select.
A reminders option set in tasks affects
a reminders option set in calendar.
