Keep the set horizontally and confirm that the
B+ voltage is 5 Vdc.

1. Loosen two adjustment screws.
2. Tum one of them clockwise carefully.
3. Stop turning it when the current suddenly in-
creases
and back it ¼ tum.
4. Adjust the other screw in the same way as
step
2 and 3.
5. Secure the adjustment sc.rews with locking
compound.

2. Pinch Roller Pressure Measurement
- playback mode -
Read the scale when the pinch roller just touches
the capstan and starts to tum.
Permissible reading:
200 ~ 300 g (7 ~ 11 oz)
