Disconnect
the
connector
from the
temperature
potentiometer (P5); or
(PI
8) on
the
speed
control
potentiometer,
after
noting
proper
wire
locations for
reassembly.
6.
Remove
the
potentiometer.
To
replacethetemperatureorthespeed
control
potentiometer,
reverse
the
procedure above.
adding
cable ties where
appropriate
to
replace
those
that have been
cut.

Only
For
proper
orientation
of
the
temperature
control
knob,
turn
the shaft
of
the
temperature
pot
completely
counterclockwise,
then,
place
the
knob
onto
the shaft
so
that the
-20
setting aligns
with
the line
on
the
front
panel.
Tighten
the
set
screws.

1. Unplug
the
centrifuge
power
cord.
2.
Open
the
front
panel
(paragraph
5-32)
and locate
the
switches
on
the
right
hand
side.
3.
Disconnect
the
switch
wires,
after
noting
proper
wire
locations for
reassembly.

RT/T6000D &RT/T6000B (SN

(mdAbove): Remove
the
switch
plate
overlay,
then
remove
the
four
mounting screws.
RT/T6000B (SNs
Below
9101800)
&RT/T6000:
Loosen
the
mounting nuts
and
twist
the
mounting
tabs
to
remove
the
switch.
To
replace
the brake
switch
or
the
power
switch,
reverse
the
procedure given
above.

1.
Unplug
the
centrifuge
power
cord.
2.
Open
the front
panel
(paragraph
5-32).
3.
Unsnap
the
two
tabs
from
the
mounting
grooves.
4.
Disconnect
the
two
socket
wires,
after
noting
proper
wire
locations for
reassembly.
5.
Remove
the
socket. Remove
the
lamp.
then discard
the
socket.
6.
To
replace
the
door light
socket,
reverse
the
procedure
given
above.
