NOTE
If
the
Temperature
Control
P.C.
Board
is
PN
07530,
your
centrifuge
will
need
to
be
updated
with
P.C.
Board
Replacement Kit,
PN
12216. Refer to
paragraph
5-34
for
kit
instructions.
Do
not
follow
die remainder
of
this
procedure.
3.
Disconnect
the three
connectors
(P4,
P5,
and
P6)
from
the board and
remove
the
wires
from
the
terminal
block,
after
noting
proper
wire locations for
reassembly.
4.
Remove
the four
mounting screws
that
secure
the
Temperature
Control
P.C.
Board in
place.
Remove
the
screw
holding
Q3
to the
heatsink
assembly
and remove
the
board.
To
replace
the
Temperature
Control
P.C.
Board,
reverse
the
procedure
given
above after
applying
a
suitable thermal
compound to
Q3.
NOTE
Apply
thermal
compound between heatsink and
Q3
on Temperature
Control
P.C.
Board,
PN
07841. Calibrate
the
new
board
as
explained
in
paragraph
8-2.
