To resolve power issues with your SOUNDMASTER Radio, please ensure the power switch is in the ON position and that the power plug is properly connected to a working AC mains. Also, verify that the batteries are fully charged. If a 'Battery' icon appears empty on the screen, use the provided 5V1A adapter to charge the unit or switch to AC power.
