What to do if my Soyer BMH-22i stud does not weld with total flange surface?

If the stud isn't welding with its total flange surface on your Soyer Welding System, resulting in deficient weld joint strength, consider the following: * Time too short: Readjust the time for main current duration according to the table. * Poor earth connection: Check earth cables and earth clamps for a tight fit, and tighten if necessary. * Soiled workpiece surface: Clean the workpiece surface. * Deformed stud face: Use new welding studs. * Incorrect stud projection: Set the distance between the stud holder and stud face to 2-3 mm. * Welding gun tilted: Ensure that all three gun legs are simultaneously and evenly positioned on the workpiece. * Lift incorrectly set: Set the lift correctly.
