Specialized TERO EQ KIT - Assemble Rear Rack and Fender

 Mount the rear fender to the frame with bolts at the
chainstay bridge insert (9A) and the seatstay bridge
insert (9B).
 Using a 4 mm hex key, torque the bolts to 4 Nm / 35
in-lbf.

ASSEMBLE THE REAR RACK & FENDER.

 The rear rack is pre-assembled to the rear fender.
 Orientate the adjustment washer with the offset hole
facing toward the front of the Tero.
 Mount the rack and fender assembly to the mounting
tabs at the dropouts to support the vertical rack stays.
 Using a 5 mm hex key, torque the bolts to 9 Nm / 80
in-lbf.
