 Guide the light cable above the battery hook (A) and
down the downtube.
 Insert the cable into the cable clips to position the
cable above the battery (B).
 Route the cable along the NDS upper side of the
motor and connect it to the motor. (See the Motor
Connector section for details)
 Using a T10 Torx key, replace the ICR guide and cover
and tighten to 0.8 Nm / 7 in-lbf.
CONNECT THE REAR LIGHT CABLE.

 Remove the motor housing cable grommet from the
frame (A).
 Route the light cable through the grommet and through
the port on the rear of the motor housing and then guide
it out the non-drive side of the motor housing.
 Replace the grommet into the frame (A).

 Plug the rear light cable into the motor. (See the Motor
Connector section for details)
WARNING: Pull all excess light cable
into the motor area to avoid the cable
contacting the rear wheel causing damage
to the cable.
