Voltage Sensor
• Attach the black and red wires (stripped ends) to the (–) Negative (Black)
and (+) Positive (Red) wires of the voltage source. Typically, you would
solder the wires to the battery connector.
• Plug the voltage sensor (SPMA9570A) into the VOLT port on the TM1500.
Temperature Sensor
• Plug the Temperature Sensor (SPMA9571) into the TEMP port on the
TM1500.
• NITRO/GAS: Loop the wire around the head of the engine, snugging the
plastic sleeve to secure the wire. The mounting position on nitro/gas
engines will result in different temperature readings. Experiment with
different positions on the engine head for best results.
• ELECTRIC: Loop the wire around a battery pack or electric motor and
secure it with tape.
