4 WARRANTY INFORMATION
YEAR LIMITED MANUFACTURER’S WARRANTY
The Sphericator is covered by a 1 year warranty against manufacturing defects.
This warranty covers all electric and electronic components including the motor and
pump. In the event that you do experience a problem with your Sphericator within
2 years of purchase you MUST contact Cedarlane Culinary directly either by phone
(1-866-313-5898) or email (info@cedarlaneculinary.com). A customer service
representative will contact you back within 1 business day if you are unable to reach
anyone immediately.
The manufacturer’s warranty will be void if:
- The Sphericator has been tampered with
- The Sphericator is damaged due to water exposure caused
by direct water contact
- Misuse of the Sphericator
