6.2 MANUAL CYCLE
Select “Manual” from the menu;
It is possible to perform manually the following operations:
RECOVERY
VACUUM
OIL INJECTION
CHARGING
Note: to perform the vacuum it is necessary that the a/c system does not contain gas;
To perform the oil injection and the gas recharge it is necessary that the system is vacuued (perform the
vacuum before);
Gas Charging in a system under pressure
To add gas after performing a recharge, it is necessary to open the low pressure tap and to close the high
pressure one; then start the vehicle and start the a/c device.
Use the arrow keys to set values, “enter”to confirm and “C” to cancel.
6.3 HALF-AUTOMATIC CYCLE
Select “Half-automatic” from the menu;
It is possible to perform manually the following operations:
RECOVERY
OIL DISCHARGE
VACUUM
LEAK TEST
If no leaks are detected, the display will show the message “OIL INJECTION”.
Charge the desired quantity of oil and gas to be charged
Use the arrow keys to set values, “enter”to confirm and “C” to cancel.
PLEASE NOTE: The charging is performed simultaneously through high and low pressure, if the pressure
of the internal bottle is high (> 9 bar), it is advisable to perform the charging through the high pres-
sure only by closing (also partially) the low pressure tap.
Finally perform the pressure test (see par. 6.1) with taps closed. After the test, disconnect the cou-
plings from the a/c system, open the taps of the station and perform a manual recovery to discharge
pressure from the hoses.
If some leak is detected inside the a/c system (only if the leak test was previously set), on the display
will appear the message “ERROR 2- insufficient vacuum sealing”, in this case you will have to find
the leak by using a leakseeker lamp or an electronic leakseeker (accessories on request). Press “C”
to exit.
PLEASE NOTE: If during the oil discharge a pressure increase occurs (> 0,5 bar), the station will go on to
the recovery phase automatically
PLEASE NOTE: If during the vacuum phase a pressure increase occurs (> 0,5 bar), the station will stop
and the display will show the message “ERROR 5” . In this case perform a recovery be-
fore proceeding.
PLEASE NOTE: To print out the data (for Printer version only) see the paragraph “Data printing”.
