  If your SPM Ice Cream Maker isn't cooling properly and the compressor is running, several factors could be at play. First, ensure the appliance has at least 20 cm of free space around it for proper ventilation and is away from heat sources. The appliance might be in wash mode; if so, turn off wash mode and activate cooling mode. Check the fan's electrical connections and replace the fan if necessary. Finally, a loss of coolant could be the issue; locate and repair any leaks and recharge the system.

Also, the contact between the beater shaft and the bushing of the rear seal may not be lubricated. Dismantle the beater and lubricate the shaft and bushing. Alternatively, the fan blades might be hitting internal components, so check and adjust them as needed.

  If your SPM Ice Cream Maker leaks from the front outlet pipe or into the left side collecting drawer, the two beater back side seals may not have been assembled correctly. Remove the beater and check the seals assembly. Also, one or both of the seals might be worn and need replacement, so remove the beater and replace the seals.

  If your SPM Ice Cream Maker is running and the top tank is full, but nothing is coming out of the tap, first check if the mix flow regulator is in the closed position and open it. Another reason could be that the mix in the cylinder is too dense. You need to establish why the mixture thickens excessively, resolve the problem and restart the appliance replacing the mix.
