- Switch off the cooling system by pushing
power button B.
- Activate cleaning mode pushing the
corresponding button C.
- Use a common product suitable for sanitising
stainless steel, plastic and rubber objects (such
as AMUCHINA® in Italy).
IMPORTANT:
Carefully follow the instructions of the
product used with regard to timing and
method of conservation.
- Remove the cover as shown in fig. 13.
- Empty the remaining product from the
freezing cylinder using the dispenser lever until
nothing further comes out.
- Fill the top tank with hot water (fig. 14) and
wait a few minutes.
- Empty the cylinder and repeat the same steps
until the water coming out is clear (fig. 15).
