Stand with knees bent and upper body slightly forward for muscle engagement.
Step backwards with one leg while keeping front leg on the plate for thigh/buttocks tension.
Lift lower body to form a line with thighs while lying on back with feet on plate.
Stand with bent upper body, tense abs, and pull elbows up using resistance straps.
Perform plank on hands/elbows on plate, aligning shoulders and elbows, then lowering body.
Support body with hands on plate, legs straight, lower and lift upper body repeatedly.
