Adjust Brake:
WARNING:
Careful adjustment of brake is
crical as the brake is capable of
causing the cycle to skid the re
throwing an unsuspecng rider.
Test and pracce braking in an
open area free from obstacles,
in a straight line, unl child is
familiar with the brake funcon.
Avoid skidding to a stop as this
can cause child to lose control
or damage the rear re.
WARNING:
Do not lubricate the rear brake
assembly.
The Brake lever can be adjusted
with a 2mm allen key. The brake
lever posion screw can be ad-
justed to move the lever closer
to the grip. Adjusng the brake
lever adjustment screw in or
“clockwise” with the 2mm allen
will bring the brake lever closer
to the handlebar. Be sure to
check that the rear wheel sll
rolls freely aer adjustment.
There is a cable adjustment
on the lever and a secondary
adjustment at the rear wheel.
1. To adjust brake cable:
a. Twist brake lever adjuster in or out, 1/4 to 1/2 turn at a me, unl
desired brake adjustment is aained.
b. If brake sll needs further adjustment, proceed to step 2.
