11. Troubleshooting
Fault Cause 2EMEDY
Engine does not start Oil shortage cut-out has not responded
Spark plug fouled
No fuel
Battery voltage too low
Check oil level, top up engine oil
Clean or replace spark plug
(electrode spacing 0.6 mm)
Refuel / check the petrol cock
Charge the battery
Generator has too little or no voltage Controller or capacitor defective
Overload cut-off has triggered
