4. Important: Some types of surfaces, such as soft
furnishings, carpets, curtains or textured wall
coverings will tend to absorb the Ultrasonic waves
and lead to incorrect measurements. To minimise
this, take measurements from different points to
achieve the most consistent results.
5. The displayed reading will remain for approx.
1 minute before the Estimator shuts off or another
reading is taken.
Calculator Functions:
Area function:
1. Press “Area/Volume” button once to display Area
Indicator
2. Press “Read” Button to take rst measurement
3. Press “Read” again to take the second
measurement
4. The calculated area will be displayed at the bottom
of the LCD screen
Volume function:
1. Press “Area/Volume” button twice to display
Volume Indicator
2. Press “Read” Button to take rst measurement
3. Press “Read” again to take the second
measurement

5. The calculated volume will be displayed at the

Addition of Measurements:
While IntelliMeasure

has a maximum range of 40 ft.
(12 m), distances greater than this may be measured
separately and added together using the “Add”
function.
