LIMITED I YEARWARRANTY
TERMOFTHISWARRANTY:
Thispressurewasheriswarrantedto befree ofdefectsin materialsandworkmanshipundernormalresidentialusefor a periodof 1year.Thiswarrantyappliesto the
electricmotorandthe pumpfor 1year.(Normalwear andmaintenanceitemssuchas the cord,GFCIbreaker,wand,hose,tips,seals,and otherattachmentsare
warrantedfor 90days.)Warrantyrepairswill bemadewithout chargefor partsand laborfor thefirst 90 daysfromthe dateof purchase.After thefirst 90days,this
limitedwarrantycoversthe costsof replacementpartsonthe pressurewasherunitonly. Anycommercial,industrialor rentaluseofthe productwill reducethe termof
this warrantyto 30daysfor all components.
TOQUALIFYFORTHISWARRANTY:
Theproductmustbepurchasedinthe UnitedStates,Canadaor Mexicofroma retailstoreauthorizedby GXiOutdoorPowerEquipmentLLCto sellthe product.This
warrantyappliesto first retail purchaser/ ownerduringthe applicablewarrantytime period.A proofof purchasereceiptshowingdateofpurchaseandauthorizedretail
storeanda valid productserialnumberarerequiredto demonstratewarranty eligibility.
WHATGXIPARTSANDSERVICELLCWILLREPAIRORREPLACEUNDERWARRANTY:
GXIPARTSANDSERVICELLCwill repairor replace,atits option,anypartthat isprovento bedefectivein materialorworkmanshipundernormaluseduringthe
applicablewarrantytime periodsubjectto the exclusionsstatedherein.Thiswarrantyisvoidif the ownerfails to follow the prescribedmaintenanceandoperating
proceduresdescribedin this manual. Onlyfailures whereanidentifiablemanufacturingdefectcanbe identifiedwill becoveredunderthe termsofthis warranty.
GXIPARTSANDSERVICELLChasthe rightto recoverwarrantyadministrationcostsfrom theowner if the rootcauseofthe malfunctionwasfoundto beotherthan
defectivematerialorworkmanship.Anythingreplacedunderwarrantybecomesthepropertyof GXIPARTSANDSERVICELLC. Partsreplacedunderwarrantywill be
consideredas partofthe originalproductandanywarrantyonthosepartswill expirecoincidentwith the originalproductwarranty.
TOOBTAINWARRANTYSERVICE:
ContactGXIPARTSANDSERVICELLCto obtainwarrantyreturnauthorizationanddirectionsasto whereto sendyourproductfor evaluation.Haveyourproofof
purchaseandthe productserial numberavailable when youcall. Two optionsfor warranty serviceareavailable:
EasyReturnService- ContactGXIPARTSANDSERVICELLCfor a pre-paidreturnshippinglabelandinstructionsto shipthe productto our repairfacility. If
there is a manufacturingdefectidentified,the productwill berepairedandreturnedto the customerfreeof allcharges.In theeventthere isa non-warranted
repairrequired,GXIPARTSANDSERVICELLCwill notifythe customerof the repairandreturnshippingcostspriorto proceedingwith repairs.Ifpaymentis
notreceivedwithin 60daysthe productwill bedisposedof.
Advance ExchangeService - ContactGXIPARTSANDSERVICELLCandprovidea valid creditcard,a $75pre-authorizationwill be madeagainstyour
card.GXIPARTSANDSERVICELLCwill shipa replacementunitcompletewith accessoriesto youwith a pre-paidreturnshippinglabeland instructionsto
shipthe faultyproductandcompleteset of accessoriesto ourrepairfacility. If there is a manufacturingdefect,the pre-authorizedchargeswill becancelled.
Inthe eventthereis a nonwarrantedrepairrequiredoraccessoriesare missing,GXIPARTSANDSERVICELLCwill chargethe customer'scardfor the repairs
andthe missingaccessories.
