If your lift fails to operate check the following list before contacting your local service
branch - it could save you time and the cost of an unnecessary service call:
LIFT NOT WORKING
Are the halo’s around the landing call
buttons flashing?
Is the main supply to the lift switched
OFF?
Is the lift isolation key switch (located
on the lower landing call station) in
the ‘OFF’ position?
Is the carriage stop switch pushed in?
Is the landing door open?
Are the passengers activating any
safety edges?
Reset lift by turning ‘OFF’ lift isolation
key switch. Wait for 5 seconds and
turn back to the ‘ON’ position.
Has the lift reset to the bottom floor
level and returned to normal service?
If there are passengers trapped in the
lift carry out the emergency release
procedure.
If the lift is still not operational contact
your service branch for assistance.
Take note of any fault codes displayed on
the digital displays to assist fault finding.
