8 - ACCESSORIES (USE and ADJUSTMENTS)
The Tornado 600 MD has some accessories available, which will be
necessary in certain working situations.
8.1 - Conductors used in row distribution (Deflectors)
This device allows product ejection in rows. It has two side deflectors, with
adjustable deflectors, which allow the product to be distributed in two rows, one for
each side in relationship to the tractor travel, with distance adjustments which vary
from 2 to 8 meter between each other.
For the distribution to be equal on both sides, it is necessary to adjust the
product placement point (see item 6.3.2).
When row distributing granular products, you can use a basic standard
adjustment, which is:
-Placement point: hole nº 4;
- Vane Position: 3rd hole.
NOTE! The distance between rows depends on the following factors:
- The tractor PTO rpms;
- Scale opening (rate in kg/min);
- Deflector positioning(Figure 16);
- Specific weight and granularity of product to be applied.
