Productis

a
cargo
trailer.
Commercial
use
or
rentals
of
your
Product,
misuse,
and abuse, neglect or operation over unimproved roads will void this warranty. This warranty does not cover damage incurred
by lighting, wind, hail, floods and exposure to corrosive atmosphere and unreasonable use, accidents, and alterations,

manufacturer's

Product.
‘Starcraft shall not be responsible or liable for indirect or consequential damages of any kind. However, arising,

not
limited
to,
loss
of
use
of
any
products,
loss
of
time,
inconvenience,
or
incidental
or
consequential
damages
with
respect
to
persons,
business
or
property.
Whether
as
a
result
of
breach
of
warranty,
negligence
or
otherwise,
Starcraft's
liability
shall
be
limited
solely
to
the
sales
price,
or
at
Starcraft's
option,
repair
or
replace-
ment of the goods or component parts not meeting the quality and specifications warranted.
No other warranty, expressed or implied, shall apply, including any implied warranty of merchantability, or of fitness.

implied
warranties

expressly
disclaimed.

event
that
applicable

warranty

defect
which
could

crash
or
could
cause
injury
or
death,

immediately
inform the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration
(NHTSA) in addition to notifying Starcraft.
It
NHTSA
receives
similar
complaints,
it
may
open
an
investigation
and,
if
it
finds
that
a
safety
defect
exists
in
a
group
of
vehicles, it may order a recall and remedy campaign. However, NHTSA cannot become involved in individual problems between
you, your dealer, or Starcratt.
