Why is my Starkey Hearing Aid not responding to telephone commands?

If your Starkey Hearing Aid isn't responding to telephone commands, it might be due to several reasons. First, check your telephone operator’s manual to enable beep tones, as the telephone keys might not be emitting them. Also, ensure that T² is unlocked by pressing ** and listening for the unique T² indicator. The telephone might be too far from the hearing system; try bringing it closer to the microphone. Finally, you may be entering an incorrect key command. Press ** to wake, then press 2 or 8 to adjust the volume, or 4 or 6 to change programs if your device has multiple programs.
