  If the LEDs on your Starkey Remote Control light up when you press a button, but your hearing aids aren't responding, here are a few things to check: * If you just moved the lower switch to the Unlock position, give it about a second to wirelessly connect to your hearing aids before pressing a button. * Your hearing aids might not be paired with the remote. If this is the case, you should perform the pairing process. * The battery level in your hearing aid might be too low to support wireless activity. Try installing a new hearing aid battery.

  If the LEDs on your Starkey Remote Control don't light up when you press a button, it might be in the locked state. To fix this, move the lower switch from the Lock (right) to the Unlock (left) position.

  If only one of your Starkey hearing aids is responding to the remote, the ear selection switch may be set to the left or right position. To resolve this, move the ear selection switch to the center (both) position.
