WARNING: The Drill/Driver S8010 is equipped with a Electric Brake When
the brake is working properly, sparks are visible through the ventilation
holes in the structure.
This is normal, it just the brakes working.
DRILLING WOOD PROCEDURE:
1. To get the maximum performance, USE High Speed Steel (HSS) drills
or special for wood, and hole saw (observe maximum allowable diameter);
2. START to drill at low speed to prevent that the drill sliding off the center
of the hole;
3. INCREASE speed in according to the drill or hole saw drill the material;
4. When drill through "guides bushings”, PUT a block of wood support
behind the piece to avoid burrs.
DRILLING METAL OPERATION:
1. In order the get the maximum performance, USE high speed steel drill
(HSS);
2. When drilling metals, USE cutting oil at the drill bit to prevent it from
overheating. The oil will increase the life of the drill bit and increase the
drilling action;
3. START to drill at low speed to prevent that the drill sliding off the center
of the hole;
