      If the low gas pressure switch on your State Water Heaters Water Heater doesn't show continuity, check for the minimum supply gas pressure of 5.0” W.C. for natural gas or 9.0” W.C. for LP gas. If the gas pressures are above these minimums, replace the switch.

      If 24 VAC is not present between pin 1 on the CN3 plug and ground on your State Water Heaters Water Heater, first ensure the water temperature in the tank is below 160° F. Then, press the Set/Reset button on the display panel. If the tank water temperature is below 160 and the previous steps were successful, replace the upper temperature/ECO probe.
