WARRANTY PERIOD Automatismos Pujol guarantees its product against any kind of manufacturing defect in door operators,
electrical equipment and ancillary devices for a two year period starting from the date of purchase.
OBLIGATIONS: Automatismos Pujol is required to repair warranty covered equipment as long as these are previously
examined by its technical department.
All the equipment, whose warranty period is not confirmed due to an urgent need, will be deemed as a regular order and
subject to charges. The returned flawed equipment will be Automatismos Pujol's property.
The costs for the replacement of this equipment will be charged on the installer.
Shipment costs for these equipment will be charged on Automatismos Pujol
WARRANTY REVOCATION: The warranty will not cover Automatismos Pujol's equipment in the following cases:
- The equipment choice has not been suitable for the characteristics of the door.
- Mounting and connection instructions have not been followed.
- The operators have been connected to electrical devices not approved by Automatismos Pujol.
- The operator has been opened, dismantled and tampered with.
- The operator has been mounted in other applications different from their intended use.
- The operator or the equipment has not been paid for.

SYSTEMS INTEGRATED IN THE OPERATOR, WE RECOMMEND THE USE OF EXTERNAL ANCILLARY DEVICES SUCH
AS:
PHOTCELLS, SECURITY CONTACT STRIPS, ETC., IN COMPLIANCE WITH THE CURRENT APPLICABLE REGULATIONS.
