1. Check service life limits of all components and
installed equipment.

3. Inspect a/c surfaces and markings (especially
registration and national flag), renew if necessary.
4. Check all drain and ventilation holes.
5. Check all lubrication points and grease if required.
6. Check function of the entire flight control system.
Play allowed (at control surface with control device
fixed, measured in direction of movement):
max. 2.5 mm / 0.1 in
7. Check slackness of aileron, flap and elevator
controls.
Play allowed (hinges):
only axial: 0.4
8. Check friction and forces in the control system.
9. After any maintenance on the control systems,
check deflection of control surfaces and document
values in a report
Thoroughly clean a/c. Remove or open all
necessary inspection plates, access doors, fairings
and cowlings.

10. After accomplishing maintenance on drive system,
perform an engine run-up.
1. Check fuel system components at spare bridge of
center wing.
2. Check drain valves for leaks.
