TROUBLE SHOOTING Product Pump
Lack of flow from
wand.
Check for rotation
of product pump.
Check that the
pump control is in
the “Pump”
position and not
“Reverse”.
Check for loose
pump pick-up
tube and that tube
is in product.
Check pump packing for
excessive leakage.
Adjust pump end clear-
ance per Mfg.
instructions.
Engage pump control
and observe engine
RPM.
Refer to hydraulic
system trouble
shooting.
Check that the product
is at working
temperature.
CAUTION: Product repeatedly heated beyond
manufacturer’s recommended heating cycles
will harden and be difficult or impossible to
remove from machine.
Electric wand & hose
heat on. Allow 30 to 40
minutes to heat.
Refer to electric wand &
hose trouble shooting.
Position WPC valve toward
“Wand” position and observe
engine RPM’s.
Adjust packing per Mfg.
instructions.
Rebuild or replace as
necessary.
Indicates a plugged/
frozen wand or
hose; allow addi-
tional time for heat-
ing elements to
work. Also check
for a plugged valve
or nozzle at the end
of the wand, or fro-
zen plumbing next
to WPC valve. Heat
if necessary.
System functioning properly;
return unit to service.
