While setting, press and hold CLOCK button.
1 .- Press HOUR until adjust the correct hour.
2.- Press MIN until adjust the correct minutes.
3.- Press DAY until select the current day.
Here are the abbreviations of the days of the week who appear in TEMP-310.
Basic settings
MO = Monday
TU = Tuesday
WE = Wednesday
TH = Thursday
FR = Friday
SA = Saturday
SU = Sunday
