Why is my Sterling EMERALD Scooter battery pack not charging?

  Several factors can prevent your Sterling Scooter battery pack from charging. It could be a battery pack fault, requiring a replacement. Alternatively, the charger might be faulty and need replacing. Check for loose connections in plugs and looms. Ensure the wall outlet is working by trying a different room. Also, inspect the charger's mains plug for a blown fuse and replace it if necessary. Finally, make sure the button on the battery pack hasn't popped out; if it has, switch off the scooter and press the button back in.

  If your Sterling Scooter isn't moving, several things could be the cause. First, make sure the brake-release lever is engaged. Check that the batteries aren't flat by charging the battery pack. Ensure both the scooter and the battery pack are switched on, and that the battery pack is correctly clipped into place. Unplug the charger if it's connected. Also, check if the button on the battery pack popped out and reset the circuit-breaker button. Finally, check all plugs & looms, to be sure that they are connected.
