This could be caused by a low battery, blown fuse, uncertain mass on the engine or chassis, interruption of microswitch ground connections, uncertain mass of the motor, or no start-up consent. Turn the ignition key to «STOP» position and look for the cause of the problem: recharge the battery, replace the fuse (10 A), check the connections of the black ground cables, check the connections, check the ground connections and check that the conditions permitting start-up are met.
