N Position the support so that
distance (B) between it and the
clutch housing (5) is about 24 cm.
N Now tighten down the seven
mounting screws on the support
firmly.
Mounting the control handle
N Take out the screw (6) – the nut (7)
remains in the control handle (8).
N Push the control handle onto the
handlebar (4) until the holes (10)
line up – the throttle trigger (9) must
point towards the gearbox.
N Insert screw and tighten it down
firmly.
Fitting the throttle cable retainers
NOTICE
Do not kink the throttle cable or lay it in
tight radii – make sure the throttle trigger
moves freely.
N Press one throttle cable
retainer (13) into the upper
hole (14) and one into either of the
lower holes (15).
N Press the third retainer (13) into the
hole (16) in the clutch housing cap.
Adjusting the throttle cable
N Check adjustment of throttle cable –
see chapter on "Adjusting the
Throttle Cable".
