● Connect the power cable. (Ö 10.2)
● Form a loop in electric cable (1) and
guide it through opening (2).
● Then push the loop over hook (3) and
pull it tight.
10.5 Inserting the shredder bag
● Insert shredder bag (1) at two
guides (2) and push in as far as it will
go.
● Turn locking switch (3) to the right as far
as it will go and secure the shredder
bag.
10.6 Removing the shredder bag
● Switch off the machine. (Ö 10.8)
● Turn locking switch (1) to the left as far
as it will go.
● Pull out shredder bag (2).
10.7 Switching on the garden shredder
GHE 140 L:
● Fold out the machine and lock in place.
(Ö 10.12)
GHE 135 L, GHE 140 L:
● Insert the shredder bag. (Ö 10.5)
● Connect the machine to the mains.
(Ö 10.1)
On/off switch (1) with integrated locking
slide (2) prevents direct switching from
one rotational direction to the other.
Feed position
● Turn on/off switch (1) to the 0 position.
● Push locking slide (2) upwards.
● To start the motor, turn on/off switch (1)
to the right against spring pressure as
far as it will go to the START position.
The motor starts.
The garden shredder can only be
switched on with the shredder bag
locked in place.
The garden shredder cannot be
operated without the shredder bag.
Before switching the rotational
direction, switch off the machine
and wait for the blade roller to come
to a standstill.
The blade roller draws the
shredding material in and cuts
it.
