– Have pole shoes turned blue?
– Replace flywheel if necessary

Air gap:
– Check ignition module / flywheel,
– Adjust if necessary, b 9.1.1
Check ignition lead:
– Severe chafing?
– Spark plug boot: holes / cracks?
– Resistance of spark plug boot to ground:
required: 1.5...12 kW
– Check resistance of ignition lead:
value required < 10 W,
– Replace spark plug boot and/or ignition lead
with ignition module if necessary

Check short circuit wire:
– Replace short circuit wire if necessary
