What to do if my STORZ & BICKEL Vaporizers is not producing aerosol?

  If no aerosol is forming in your STORZ & BICKEL Vaporizers, ensure the set and actual temperature are at least 180°C (356°F). Also, make sure the Filling Chamber, Valve Balloon, or Tube are correctly attached. Check that the pump is turned on and that the Screen in the Filling Chamber Cap isn't clogged or improperly inserted. Verify the Filling Chamber was cleaned according to instructions. Confirm the power is on, the fuse is working, and the power cord is properly connected. If issues persist, the internal fuses may have tripped, requiring the Hot Air Generator to be sent to the Service Center.

  If your STORZ & BICKEL Vaporizers display shows 'ERR' and a number with 'r' or 'n', it could indicate a fault. If you see a number followed by 'r', attempt a factory reset. A number followed by 'n' signifies an irreversible error, requiring the Hot Air Generator to be sent to our Service Center. If it's an internal communication error, restart the device. If overheating occurred, switch off the device, unplug it, and let it sit at room temperature for at least 30 minutes. Also, check that you're using the correct voltage for your device (115V/230V). If the firmware has an error, update it via the app. Finally, ensure the heater or pump is switched back on if the automatic switch off has tripped.
